As a global company, we celebrate and honor diverse cultural groups, holidays, and practices through internal communications, local/global activities, and social media posts. We also have a Fortanix Inclusion Alliance Team which focuses on promoting a sense of community through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives such as employee resource groups and interest-based slack channels. Notably, our Women@Fortanix group supports connection, idea exchange, and professional development for women through resources such as our Global Women’s Forum where we heard from expert speakers and highlighted our own team, as well as panel discussions, speaking engagements, and monthly community-building luncheons.
On a more fundamental level, inclusivity is embedded into our organization’s practices and policies.
