CEO and Co-founder
Prior to founding Fortanix, Ambuj was lead architect at Cryptography Research Inc. where he led and developed many of the company's security technologies that go into millions of devices every year. Previously, he worked for NVIDIA where he designed world's most advanced computer chips including world's fastest memory controller. He has Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur and Masters of Science from Stanford University, both in EE.
CTO and Co-founder
Anand has previously worked at Symantec and VMware, as a researcher and an engineer in the areas of security and networking. He has presented at Financial Cryptography and BlackHat conferences, and has filed over 25 patents. Anand holds a PhD from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur, both in Computer Science.
Product Management
Professor Porter is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research develops abstractions for managing concurrency and security, primarily in the operating system, and extends these abstractions to other portions of the technology stack as appropriate. Contributions of his team include study of modern Linux API Usage and compatibility and Graphene-SGX.
Professor Devadas Professor Devadas is the Webster Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research interests include computer architecture and computer security. His team has done pioneering work on secure processing, including a detailed analysis of Intel SGX.
Benjamin Jun is an internationally recognized expert in security. He formerly co-founded Cryptography Research, and over 20 billion consumer devices have shipped with security technologies he helped develop and architect. His security components play a role in leading payment systems, mobile phones, digital content, and semiconductor companies. Ben serves on the Board of Advisors of the RSA Conference.
